REDS

Pampa Estate Cabernet Sauvignon - Mendoza, Argentina

13

Dark cherry, blackberry, and plum with warm spice and polished tannins. Rich without making it weird.

Borell-Diehl Pinot Noir (Spätburgunder) - Pfalz, Germany

13

Red cherry, raspberry earthy with bright acidity and smooth tannins.

Pinot with its shirt tucked in.

Farina Valpolicella - Valpolicella DOC, Veneto, Italy

14

45% Corvina/25% Corvinone/25% Rondinella/5% Molinara. Bright cherry, raspberry, and subtle spice. A red built for drinking, not discussing.

L'Onesta Lambrusco - Italy

13

Fruity, fizzy, and flirty AF - balanced by bubbles and a little tannin sass. It's giving: low alcohol, high  drama.

White

Pascal Biotteau Anjou Blanc - Anjou AOC, Loire Valley, France

13

Chenin Blanc - Orchard fruit, lemon, and honeysuckle with bright acidity. Somewhere between crisp and cozy.

Olivier Gessler Côtes de Gascogne - Côtes de Gascogne IGP, France

12

50% Colombard/20% Ugni Blanc/20% Gros Manseng/10% Sauvignon Blanc. Grapefruit, lemon, and green pear with fresh acidity. Casually French.

Wither Hills Sauvignon Blanc - Marlborough, New Zealand

13

Grapefruit, passionfruit, lime, and fresh herbs with vibrant acidity and a long, refreshing finish. Zero indoor voice.

Gazela Vinho Verde - Vinho Verde DOC, Portugal

10

Lime, green apple, and white flowers with bright acidity and a delicate spritz. Basically a patio with a cork.

Sparkling & Rosé

Carolina Mata “Flores” Blanc - Sierra de Gredos, Spain

13

90% Macabeo with white blossoms, citrus peel, green apple. She’s a Spanish sparkler shaped by Atlantic breezes and clay soils.

Castello di Meleto Spumante Brut Rosé - Tuscany, Italy

100% Sangiovese. Strawberry, lemon, and ripe peach with and persistent bubbles. Pink with pedigree.
